Kindly please help me on how I properly configure my windows 7 firewall, to prevent FTP publish error of my WYSIWYG 11?

Please note firewall configuration has nothing to do with the program so no help is offered on this.
Also note WYSIWYG Web Builder 11 is no longer supported anymore so no help is offered on it.
