I no longer have the option to insert an IFrame see screen shot http://prntscr.com/ms2zko
Also the option to create a sitemap has disappeared from the ribbon http://prntscr.com/ms306p
However when I change the interface to menu/toolbar I do get back the sitemap generator, but not the IFrame option. http://prntscr.com/ms30vu
I have reinstalled and nothing changed...I can deal with the sitemap issue but the IFrame is severely needed.

Nothing has disappeared they are still there. Its possible that you may have enabled 'Easy Mode'? when this is enabled 'Easy Mode' will hide all advanced features.
