Slideshow with text overlay

Is there a way to have a slideshow with text over top without being embedded in the image. I want a slideshow with text sliding in or some type of a event or animation to the text and also have a link into the text? I hope I made sense here with my question. Thank you

Thank you for the response but I have tried every carousel in WB but I can't find the one he is using. No of mine have the same general information as shown in his example. In order to even get close I have to go to the options but there is no pages there. Maybe something has changed and by the way I have WP 15 running. Thank you for the help.
