[rz] Table Enhancer v1.0

This extension converts standard tables into an advanced way to display lists of information - adding scrollbars, determining fixed areas (rows and columns) and more.

Some features:

- Reserved rows and columns for header, footer, left and right panels.
- Fixed areas can have different colors.
- Different resize modes for the layer that holds the table.
- Selectable columns for ascending/descending sort.
- Custom colors for the sort icons.
- String, american/european numbers, american/european dates sort modes.
- Different highlight modes for rows, columns, etc.
- Lightweight, no dependencies, multi-instance, cross-browser, cross-platform and backward compatible.

How to use?

1. Design your table as you usually do.
2. Drag and drop a layer (that will hold the table) and set its overflow mode to 'auto'.
3. Move the table into the layer.
4. Resize the layer to the desired size for each breakpoint.
5. Drag and drop the extension.
6. Open the extension dialog box and enter the table id which you want to apply the features.
7. Optionally, you can customize header, footer, left and right panels, the columns to sort, the mode and color of the highlighter, etc.
8. Preview or publish.
