Marquee

I inserted a "marquee" in my home page of my site and the "marquee" option always comes back to "CSS".
Why?

Maybe you have selected an option that is only available for CSS, for example 'star wars'?

the option in the "marquee" are:
animation: up
behavior: scrool
duration: 1500
direction: right to left
type: marquee (change to CSS)
there is no change to the others options

It works correct for me,
Are you using the latest update?
If yes, then what are the exact steps to reproduce the problem?
Or else share a demo project.
