Activation issue

Hello everyone..

I bought a new laptop, I installed WWB15 and when I want to activate, a got a popup with thhis message:

"The license is already registered for a differente email address! Please make sure you are using the same email address as for your previous activation."

I checked my older laptop and Im using the correct email, Pablo or something, can you help me with this please!!

This error means that you are using a different email address as for your previous activation.
To find out which email address you have used, please open Menu -> Help -> About on the old computer.
