WB14 keeps crashing

I uninstalled Wwb12 and now every time I start WWB14 it crashes. I am about ready to convert to WWB16. Will that fix this problem?

Hi... it will not solve the problem with WWB14. But you will get a fresh installation of WWB16 which you can import your projects from earlier versions of WWB.
You can try to make a update of WWB14 to WWB 14.4 that you will find on the "Download" page

I am having numerous problems with this computer. I just discovered there are pending updates for W10. If that doesn’t help I am going to restore the whole machine.

This indicates a problem with permission or access rights.
Usually this is caused by a firewall or ransomware protection.

After the update I got a messsage from AVG that allowed me to proceed.
WWB14 problem went away and WWB16 installed ok.
