Having upgraded to WYSIWYG v16.1 x64 bit, i have received the new license number by email. However, there is no where to enter the serial number to enable unlocking of the program.
Please advise soonest.

Isn't there an Activation Window like this?

When I click on Help/About, I am in formed that the program is a TRIAL and there is no way of entering the serial number. The picture you showed does not exist.
