Panel Menu Does Not Appear on My Site

This drives me crazy: I have a Sticky Layout Grid split in 3 sections. In the 3rd section have placed a Panel Menu. It is not visible on my website. I have moved the Panel Meny is several sections of my website and cannot see it.

This issue is on this website: www.SelvaSuites.com
In contrast, on the same website, different page: www.SelvaSuites.com/faq.html I have an Overlay Menu and it does appear, but when I click on it, the menu options do not show.

I don't understand what is different between the two pages. Why the Panel Menu does not appear on one page, why the Overlay menu although it appears it does not function properly.

Would someone please help?

The panel menu seems to be working on the website. For me, it is displayed at the top of the page.

Tips:
- If you need help then please disable all HTML formatting options, Otherwise the code cannot be read.
- If something does not work then remove all custom code. There may be a conflict somewhere.

Thank you, Pablo. I figured it out. I had to clear the cookies and other site data and it showed me the Panel Menu.
