Your custom animations should be imported automatically unless you have uses a different system folder (Tools -> Options- > Files & Folders).

Web Builder 16 is installed on a different PC than Web Builder 14. So it cannot share the same system folder.
WB14 runs on my old PC, WB16 runs on my new PC.

And therefore,

all custom animations,
all custom text styles,
all extensions,
all custom settings,
and so on ...

need to be imported by hand in Web Builder 16.

How to do this ?

In that case, you can copy the file 'animations.dat' from the other computer.
