Background image with Links

Hey,

i have a Page with nothing but a background image in "cover" mode. Now i want to positon transparent Links on specific postions on the image (corresponding to words shown in the image). I tried to do it with a Layer and Events or with a simple transparent shape. But when the Browser changes its size (or viewed on a smaller display) the Links don't stay at their position. Is there a way to do so?

Maybe you can use a flex grid with (transparent) shapes?
