Right php version to use on server and WWB

Post by heynen »

Dear all,

I am unsure about the php settings.

1) My server is currently running php 7.3. If I upgrade to version 8.0, will the php pages generated in WWB still work?
2) Does the php version that is being used depend on the server settings or in the WWB settings or both?

Thanks!

There are no known issues with PHP 8.

If you select PHP5-PHP7 in the page properties then all built-in scripts should work.
