Need Help On How To Create Table Of Contents

Dear Pablo and all friends in this forum,

I have many long articles and to make it easier for my website visitors to read the articles, I am planning to make table of contents in each article and of course with the combination of same page bookmark or anchor. Is there a complete way to do it and also make Google knows about my table of contents? Or maybe tutorial on how to make it from the beginning till the end?

There is no standard option to create a table for content.
You will need to do this manually.

If you said so then i already made it using numbering and also inside layout grid. But after I put bookmark or anchor inside layout grid the bookmark was giving me different position in each breakpoints. How to make this bookmark when applied onto the default page will also give the same position to other breakpoints?
