After downloading version 16 I made a very few changes to a website and when uploading a lot of pictures are displaying upside down or sideways.
I have been publishing this site for several years with no problem with images changing like this. stemtosternsailing.com in the wysiwyg editor they look fine correctly oriented then when I publish the site a lot of the images change to a different orientation upside down or sideways.

Re: Images are displaying sideways and upside down
Where exactly do you see the rotated images?
Note that the software will not rotate your images, they will be published "AS IS".

Re: Images are displaying sideways and upside down
As Pablo's reply the software does not rotate the image(s). This is due to how the photo was taken by the camera and the EXIF data contained within the image. So even if you rotate it in the program the EXIF data is read by the browser and displays it as is intended. For example if image (photo) was taken at Landscape and you rotate to Portrait in the program the browser will still return to Landscape due to the mentioned EXIF data in the image (photo).

Re: Images are displaying sideways and upside down
Best thing to do is get it the correct rotation outside of WWB and then insert it.
