Hello

I am trying to take over a website that has not been updated for years.
The trial did not work because the site has extensions and I needed to buy the software.
Now I have the software, I cannot load the site because it needs the following extensions could not be loaded :
jqueryslideshowv2 and htmlextbox

I am not technically minded but can update sites but do not know what to do next.
