Text Box Issue

I have inserted a text box on a responsive page (3 different sized pages) and even though when editing the box position to the desired place when i preview or publish the page the text box is positioned at 0.0 (top left) on the web page and is not visible.

i suspect i am missing a setting somewhere but i cannot work it out.

Can anyone help?

I have tried to follow the procedure on your reply but Im just getting myself in a mess

as the page loads you will see my problem just before the page loads over the top of the text box in the top left hand corner

I do not see any problems.
Maybe the problem is with your browser?
Did you try to clear the browser cache?
