Postal form problem.

Hello.
Today another problem arose. The "contact" and "booking" tabs have postal forms. Yesterday they were showing and today they are showing an error. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Note that if it worked yesterday and you did not change anything then this is most likely a problem on the server side.

The error indicates that "allow_url_fopen" has been disabled. This is a requirement for recaptcha.
