There is no link to download you are now required to purchase a licence from a single use to a business users licence. Once you purchase a download link will be provided. Please read the License agreement at bottom of page of its use. And the contact link for all enquiries.

From the url you provided... so no it is not free and cannot be integrated into the software as it is a commercial use. If you wish to use you will need to purchase.
