Page will not scroll in v16.4.0

I am having trouble with v16.4.0 is some, but not all, pages will not scroll down to allow changing the web page content.
I am using all Layout grids with nothing fancy - just text and graphics pictures in a layout grid.

Had anyone experienced this problem? If so, what is the solution?

Do you mean the workspace or the published page?
In the workspace, make sure the page height is larger enough to scroll.

If you need further assistance then please share a demo project so I can see all your settings.
I do not need to complete project, just a small demo with one page.

It is the workspace. Part of page scrolls and then it just freezes.

I think i may have solved the problem

I am running windows 10 on the Mac using Parallels.

I increased the memory, disk space and # processors and rebooted and every think is fine.
