Form Control Label

Editbox1,Form control has no label,Use a label object to describe the purpose of the form control.

How do I add a label object?

Insert > Form Controls > Label and under General use the For: to select which control the label applies to.

No, I was looking in the help section of the program. I searched for form label and nothing came up.
