Filter Menu - Define custom colours not working.

Using the Filter Menu extension. When selecting a particular colour that is not included in the colour pallet with the Filter Menu colour picker, I cannot select the colour I desire because the 'define custom colours' button is greyed out. Any ideas?

Note that this is standard Windows functionality. You can enter any color you want.
The option is "Define Custom Colors" is always greyed out.
