Carousel works for me in Firefox. See Image for my settings

You need to provide a demo project (.wbs file) which shows this issue.

To be able to help you, I need a DEMO project so I can see all your settings.

Note: I do not need the complete project because that will only take more time to figure out what you have done.
Basically, I just need a small project with one page and object(s) that are relevant to your question.

Please see this FAQ for further details:

When it is asked to provide a basic demo it is a copy of your project the .wbs file not a url. A url doesn't help as it doesn't show what settings you have used in the program. So please provide a basic demo .wbs file and share that.

Pablo,

You obviously have a script or something to say
To be able to help you, I need a DEMO project so I can see all your settings.

Note: I do not need the complete project because that will only take more time to figure out what you have done.
Basically, I just need a small project with one page and object(s) that are relevant to your question.

Maybe you need to be more specific and add in some words like "By DEMO project, I mean the .WBS file that WWB produces - not the resultant html files"

It could help avoid confusion for the newcomers.

regards

Isn't this explained in the FAQ?
How can I make this more clear?

Simply use a zip or rar file and include the .wbs and images within it then upload again for download.

The script for the ecwid shop is loaded directly from the ecwid server.
It looks like there is a bug in the code of the ecwid shop.
They may have updated the script and not test it with FireFox.
This issue also affects other scripts on the same page.
Unfortunately, only ecwid can fix this.

Code: Select all

unreachable code after return statement
return typeof result === 'string' ? result : null;
return null

Looks like recent Firefox updates have caused a few issues with existing code.

FWIW - I do agree with Alan that an additional line in the standard response, requesting a demo '.wbs file,' might save Pablo time by not having to frequently post a follow up with a more specific request. Or even replace the word 'project' (in DEMO project) with '.wbs file' might help.

This has already been done but as Alan already wrote people don't read the FAQ.

When you run into a problem while creating your website and you need our help, we usually ask for your project file (wbs) so we can see what you have done.

That's why it would be better in the default response rather than just the FAQ - If you say this has now been done then it can only help.
