Blog tool Read More button doesn't show using it for the 1st time any directions?

Without seeing what you have done, it will be difficult to help you.
Note however that some of the blog layouts do not have a button by design.

I just opened an untitled page with html extension and place the "Blog" tool and wrote subject gave an image and some random text in the article. There is a box where it is written read more but nothing comes I even tried changing the extension of page to php. I previewed it in browser and also using wamp local server too.

Oh pablo your right there are some layouts which does not support read more the other ones do show Read More. Sorry I didn't knew that. Would have been good if all had the feature but you know best :)
one more thing is that we should have control on how much text shows on the card and after that the read more button shows that would have been good.
