I do have 1 question...the 2 fonts used (Blont and Koln Messe-Deutz) along with the iconfont Tonicons appear to be for personal use only. A license needs bought to use them correct?

Yes. Part of the reason why i offered the template for free. However, you can download and use the fonts for personal use or purchase them.
