CSS embedded HTML

Hi, what setting do I have to make so that no separate CSS file is created. I want the CSS information to be embedded in the HTML file.

Go to Tools --> Options --> HTML and in the CSS section uncheck Generate external CSS style sheets for page specific styles.

Can you also tell me how to lock page size?
I have a fixed page size width and height in pixels and when I move objects beyond the page in the editor the page resizes. But I want to prevent that.
