Adding Shared Components on WV Pages

Hello to everyone.

I would like to know how I can insert shared components, such as main menus, headers or footers, that can be used on all pages throughout the website but updated in one HTML file or WB page (where the changes reflect on all pages by updating just a single file.

This can be done with master pages. master frames or embedded pages.
