On https://telegram.org/blog/telegraph?setln=es they announced Telegra.ph https://telegra.ph/ for simple blogging by writing articles. It is completely free to use. And you can edit the articles directly from the Telegram's telegraph bot. or you can use the dedicated telegra.ph app from the appstore or playstore to edit or publish the blog articles or write new articles and edit delete them instantly. Everything is done in the telegra.ph server it just need integration to the website page.
Now my question is how to use this kind of blogging pages inside WYSIWYG WEB BUILDER. Are there any tools or techniques?

You can integrate third party scripts via the HTML object and Page HTML.
There are no generic instructions because each scripts works different, so some knowledge of HTML is a requirement.
