*** SOLVED *** Universal-parallax not working normally in EDGE browser

Hi, The (regular) parallax works perfectly in EDGE, but not on my iPhone.
Universal-parallax works perfect on my iPhone Safari, Chrome, Firefox but iffy in EDGE.
Sometime yes, most of the time no... if I hit Ctrl + F5 sometimes if works. I've cleared out the Edge cache... same spotty performance.
I'm assuming it a EDGE iffy

That could well be... I think I have a little gremlin in my browser...

I also think I had all kinds of issues because I changed index.html to index.php because of a form added to the page.
but, EDGE kept on bring up index.html?
My bad! I assume, and I have assumed this before as well, that changing the index.html to php would delete the html... nope.
Once I removed the index.html off my hosting everything started working including EDGE!
