Cards Button Alignment

Hi looking for some advice if its possible, I have a card container with 4 column, each card has:
Header
Image
Text
Button

All the images are the same size, however the text element is variable, what this does is make the button alignment at the bottom of the cards all different.
I have tried to add padding or margin around the text or button and even though it may look fine in design mode its allover the place in preview mode.

Is this possible without making all the text the same size?
