Erro Form Upload

My formula was working normally after the update stopped working, when enabling the upload option: upload files to a folder on the server.
instead of showing the success screen and the email it gives a bug where the screen looks like this, follows the image:

I doubt that this has anything to do with the update. This feature had not been changed recently.
It's more likely an issue on the server side. For example, maybe the folder does not exist or it does nit have the right permissions

there is no code linked to the page in php, I only use what wysiwyg offers within the program itself.

about the configuration is the basics, email and the success and error pages.

the page error happens as in the image I informed, when adding upload.

If the page does not have PHP code then the form will not work. The form needs a PHP script to work. I need to see the code to be able to help you.

What are your settings?
What is the PHP code of the page?

If it was previously working and you did not chang anything yourself then the web host may have changed.
No one else has any issues with forms so this is unlikely related to the update.

thanks, the problem was solved... what I checked and didn't think it could be was that the upload folder has to be in the same path where the form is.

If that does not solve the problem then you will need to contact the web host and ask them why the email is not sent.
Based on their feedback, you can then update the settings of the form.

Note: the web host will most likely blame the script. However, if you check related issues on this forum then you will see that usually (99%) it's a configuration issue.

The form is OK, there are no 'bugs'. This is a configuration issue.
You will need to check error log on the server to find out why it does not work.

If the email is not sent then it's a configuration issue.
You will need to contact the webhost and ask them why the email is not sent.
Based on their feedback you can change the configuration.
