Hi Croatia... of cause there are members in this forum that can help you. Some for free and some maybe want some coffee :lol:
But have you checked any of the templates, just download and study how it's done, this for example:

Well responsive webdesign has many tricks and tactics. Using layout grid is the key. If you need help you have our contact below also. Responsive webdesign is our thing :)
