Activating WB17

Hi, I installed wb17 and find that the activation code is not working. I get the following message:

You already have a license for version 17!You already have a license for the current version, so you do not need to purchase an upgrade.
You can use the same serial number to activate the current version.

The software is still showing that it is still under the 30 day demo limit. How can I fix this?


Note:
If you have already installed the software then you do not need to download it again. You can use the serial number to activate the full version.
Please keep the information at a safe place, in case you will need to reinstall the software later.

I have deleted all your personal licence/email information please do not post any personal information regarding your purchase of the licence in the forum for security reasons. If you have a issue please use the following email

You already have a license for version 17!You already have a license for the current version, so you do not need to purchase an upgrade.
You can use the same serial number to activate the current version.
You will only get this message if you try to upgrade via the website. But because there is no upgrade for version 17, that will not work...
Note however that this is unrelated to activating the software.
