Range - Slider (How does it work?)

Hello all,
iam new here and very pleased with this awesome tool!
But this is not the topic why iam opening this thread I have some questions about the "range" slider, I want to change a temperature or a number with it. However, I don't understand how to connect the range slider state the text box or how to change the value using the slider. I didnt manage it with the events so far. Has someone made something similar?

Example:

26°C < Changes when the user moves the slider
----------O--------------------------------- <User moves that

32°C
---------------------------O----------------

40°C
-------------------------------------------O

You can use conditions to link the range control with an editbox.
