Uploading files

Post by windsurfer »

Using version 17.4.2 when uploading to the server i get the regular upload window but after about 10 seconds the screen goes black and it doesn't list the files being uploaded anymore and after about 30 seconds i get an error that the program is not responding, when i wait it will upload the files though.
Is this normal behavior ?

Yes, if you have large files or a slow connection, this is what happens.

If you set the log level to 'all' then you can see what is happening during publish.

Looked in the help file for Log level but it doesn't say how to set that.
In the settings under publish i have enable logging selected, is that what you are referring to ?
I don't see an option for "ALL"

The log level can be set in the publish profile, where you define the username, password, server etc.
