Two projects open

Is there a way to have two different projects open at the same time ?

If I understand you correctly you can just start another instance of WWB and open the other project.
I recommend the setting Options > General > Display "Application is already running" warning at startup.

yes. Just open another instance of WB and load the project. I do it all the time.
