Anchor Links on Cell Phone problem

I created a very simple landing page www.theswagmannews.com that links to my email (mailchimp) eNews letter.

All links work on desktop, ie the featured stories in the slider at the bottom link to the stories in the newsletter.

However in the mobile phone version they do not, they link to the newsletter but not to anchor link.

Can you assist.

The links work for me.
Maybe the links are blocked by your phone?
Or maybe your will need to clear your browser cache?
