Putting Meta Tags in Master Page

Post by Magical »

Hi,

Will the meta tags get added to all the pages if I just add them to the Master Page?

Master page is used like an embedded page or a frame so as it is not published fully as a page the meta tags does not matter for the master page itself.

And master page does not add meta tags to other pages which are connected to it so you have to do it from the software manually for each and evey page you connect to a master page and others which are not connected also have to be done in the same way.

The meta tags will be added only if you use an HTML object on the master page, not via Page HTML.
