I liked some writings on your website. For being a critic I would say it does needs some touch. If you need any help you can contact me if you want. I can help you out on those things for sure. Yea things don't look quite right. I suggest you go through WYSIWYG Web Builder Tutorials. That was how I started. Take your time and study the free templates that Pablo have released. Sadly I have to agree much work is needed to make it viewable and readable. A few points to note might be more suitable to only use one background image to coin a phrase "All for one and one for all" choose a font colour for all pages at the moment your choice along with the background image(s) is clashing example green,red and blue all on one page. You really need to implement a navigation menu to make it easier to "Navigate" page per page at the moment you have to go back home then select another page and repeat this everytime. I also suggest you look at possibly using a template but understand you want to put your mark on it yourself and that is fine but take a look at the so you can get a better idea for how to layout your pages for better access and logical reading for your visitors..
