Perspective Menu only works once.

What could be the problem?

For our association, the Heves County Association of the Disabled, I do the website.
I want to use the Perspective Menu.
However, selecting the menu item only works once. Afterwards it only works if I close the browser and restart it.
The browsers tested are Google Chrome, Edge (new), Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Vivaldi.

The project files are available in MHmE_Website_Test.

What am I doing wrong?

I have tried the page in 3 different browsers, but it seems to work correct for me.
What are the exact steps to make it not work?

Hmmm. So, maybe the problem is not the extension or the browsers?
I checked on my son's laptop. He has the same error as me.
If I select a different menu item, it always jumps to the top. For a moment the menu item corresponding to the selected menu item flashes up, but it jumps forward.
Both laptops have Windows 11.
Could it be a Windows problem?

In your demo project all menu items are linked to bookmarks. So, they are not really linked to another pages.
It's this intentional? What did you expect to happen?

Yes, intentional.
So the Perspective Menu only works with separate pages.
Not if I use bookmarks.
