Lightbox

Is there a way to get a lightbox element to display lower on the page when opened up,
Im using this on a page and when you open the lightbox the opened image shows up under the header

You don't say which lightbox you are using?

Looking at the source of the page your are using an extremely old version of lightbox (extension) which is now deprecated and no longer supported. Also note that WB16 is also no longer supported.

I have wb17 I just started this project in older version
is there a newer version of this element

The software supports many (third party) lightboxes. They all have their own unique options
