When I choose "Create new from template", a box appears with the message "Unsupported Format! This file was created with a newer version of WYSIWYG Web Builder."
I have uninstalled the version, deleted remaining files in its folder, and reinstalled it. Same problem.
I only bought this version so I could use one of the newer templates. 17 still works well for me. Please help!

This most likely means that there is a file in the templates folder that is either corrupt or has the wrong format.
