Did you give each publish profile a unique profile name?

See also the 'important' note in this tutorial:

The way i resolved this issue:
1. Created a new profile. Put different names in to the description
2. Filled all the necessary fields
3. You need to publish once with the new profile then save the whole project.

For me, i created the new profile and then save the whole project as a new .wbs project file. After that whenever i open that project, publish destination never changes.
