Running V19 and want to install Google analytics, the questions I have are:
Is there a place I can go to enter the code that will apply it to all pages?
If not does it need to be entered to each individual page or just master page/index?
Google's instructions say to put it immediately after the <head> tag.
When I go page/Google analytics and insert the code it puts it at the bottom of the <head> section, is there way to move it up or does it matter?

If you are using master page then you can insert the cede in an HTML object on the master page.
You can also add it to the Site HTML.
