Installing a language pack after upgrading to the latest version.

Post by Oleksandr »

Good day.
Every time after updating to the latest version, the language pack settings stop working. This is very inconvenient.
Following your recommendations for updating the settings did not give the desired result this time.
Tell me what to do.

If you install a new version, then you also will need to install the updated language pack.

I understand it and I do it
but the program responds that the language pack is of the old version and resets the settings

1. Remove the previous download
2. Clear your browser cache
3. Reboot your computer
4. Download the language file again
5. Extract the file in the right folder

You will need to install the right version of the language module.
Make sure both the software and language module are 19.1.1

Note that we had this discussion before...

I downloaded the language module from the site. Is he there on 19.1.1.? I hope so.
That's why I applied again because the previous recommendations did not help

The Russian language is not updated yet.
I thought you were referring to Ukrainian?

None of the translations are 'official', they are all created by other users. Just like the one you created for Ukrainian.
There is currently no updated Russian version . But it will be put online as soon as I get it from the user.

Good day.
I believe that the Russian language package should be updated to the latest version or removed from the site.
