Navigation-bar, picture & text will not upload

Help!
In the project page index is a navigation bar included along with 1 line of text and 1 image as background.

When previewing, the navigation bar is displayed in the preview (Firefox).

After uploading, all of this is missing.

What happened before the error?

I wanted to reduce the 3 objects to page width 980 from originally about 1200. So I copied the above 3 objects here from another page in the same project (previously deleted the 3 objects that were too wide).

What do I have to do to make the objects appear in the browser again?
Note: I have index.php the files on the server and renamed them index.css on a trial basis. A file Index.html does not exist (No improvement). Thank you!

Addendum: browser cache cleared

Everything seems to be working as far as I can tell. I can see all images.
Maybe there is an issue with your browser?
Did you try another browser?

Note that there are some naming issue with images.
