HTML code popd up when loading website

When going to website: https://metroplexstoneworks.com/ code pops up for a second before loading the page. Any idea why that is happening? Thanks.

You have a form on your page so you need to set the page extension to .php and not .html.

PHP code is showing on the page. What is happening?
