site tree question

Post by keydog »

I have a site tree on a site Im working on

it is showing expanded, the more pages I make the longer the tree gets

is there a way to make this scrolling ?
on my old site it did this (scrolled)

I am trying to get the project file up on my server
this is what i have, this link will download the file
Is this the way you want this done?
I cant get the picture file for the project onto the host, will have to upload the pictures seperatly if needed

should make a way to attach a file on this forum or a business/ forum email to send project to, seems like it would be esier
thanks for any help

The sitetree does not have a scroll option, becuase it is not recommend to have multi scrollbars on the same page.

You can always use the likes of following https://imgbb.com/ or any other "Free" public image hosting provider to share images.

Uploading directly to the forum is disabled for security reasons due the possibility of viruses or the likes of being attached/embeded to the file/images hence why it is asked to do so via your own host or public hosting providers.

You can also use the likes of "Mediafire" to upload your project and any images in zip format and provide the generated url and post it here. If this is unsuitable then a email address will be given to send your project to. Before sharing your project it is asked to read the following:

a wb file will work as an image file uploaded to one of those public servers,
they look like they are only for image files (media fire & imgbb.com)

No a .wbs will not display as an image. What I said was if you wish to share that along with images you can add them together in a zip file upload the zip to "Mediafire" and provide the generated url.
For images alone you can use imgbb and post the generated url in your post.

Why can't you upload the picture file of the project to your host? it is no different than uploading images you do for your site

This is a image from one of your sites correct just using the url of it to display here.

So to post the project image here you would use

Code: Select all

https://multigamearcadegames.com/images/projectfilename.jpg
then wrap it in

Code: Select all
