back to top arrow nt linking

I have a back to the top of page arrow on my pages

it is an image in a sticky layer
the image is linked to the top layout grid in project named "topGrid"

had an issue with the header, fixed that now up arrow will not link back to top

also tried it with a bookmark, that didnt work either

the up arrow in a layer is on a master page

I had been testing this on the coin-counters page of this project

It does not work because the header is set to 'sticky'. So, there is nowhere to scroll to because it is already in view.

I working it out
just put a transparent layout grid as the top grid and linked to that instead

it seems to work
