Form receipt question

When somebody fills out the form we receive it perfectly.
I would like to have the form we receive to have a title for the products of interes.

sample we receive
Name: Joe
Email: 222@sample.com
Products of interest. <--- would this title to show up on email we receive
1: toys
2: cows
3: bats
Comments: we would like to ...xxxxxxxxxxx
