Need help on radion buttons in form

I have two radion buttons on my form called "Customer Pickup" and "Ship to me" that I am having problems with that I need help. The issues are as follows:

1) They can be selected, but not unslected.
2) Both can be selected and I need to have it as an either one or the other, not both. I tried setting conditions, but that did not work.

1. The name should be the same for both radio buttons
2. There may not be spaces or other special characters in the name.
